En tant que membre de l’équipe de service, vous serez responsable d’effectuer toutes les activités requises pour fournir un soutien technique aux clients internes / externes, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la mise en place, la maintenance, le dépannage, l’optimisation et la réparation des systèmes de moulage par injection. Travailler directement avec le centre d’appels, les pièces de rechange et les clients pour diagnostiquer les problèmes.
Environ 90 % des déplacements régionaux locaux dans la région assignée (du lundi au vendredi) en plus des déplacements possibles de 10 % en Amérique du Nord. Certains travaux de fin de semaine seront nécessaires.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES TECHNIQUES ET PROFESSIONNELLES :
- Dépanner et diagnostiquer les problèmes avec l’équipement, commander des pièces de rechange, effectuer des réparations et / ou remplacer des composants sur des machines et / ou des robots.
- Capacité à travailler avec des technologies nouvelles et en évolution.
- Effectuer des essais et des inspections sur l’équipement au besoin.
- Remplir régulièrement des ordres de travail et rédiger des rapports.
- Capacité à interagir efficacement entre les fonctions de fabrication, d’ingénierie, de vente et de service.
- Bonnes compétences en communication interpersonnelle et verbale pour obtenir et échanger des informations techniques complexes.
- Bonnes compétences en informatique et connaissance opérationnelle des applications Windows
- Doit pouvoir s'exprimer en francais et en anglais.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes avec une capacité avérée à sortir des sentiers battus.
- Attitude positive et éthique de travail

- Solide expérience électrique et orienté mécanique.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à interagir efficacement et professionnellement avec les clients.
- Flexible pour voyager au Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diplôme minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine technique
- Expérience avec l’équipement de moulage par injection, y compris l’assemblage, les essais, le service et l’ingénierie.
- La connaissance de l’équipement Husky et/ou des produits Husky, y compris les machines, les moules, les robots et autres équipements de manutention de produits, serait un atout.
- Connaissance des plans et des schémas
- Capacité à dépanner les systèmes électriques, mécaniques et hydrauliques.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles et service à la clientèle

As a member of the service team, you will be responsible to perform all the activities required to provide technical support to internal/external customers including but not limited to set up, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization and repairing of injection molding systems. Working with the call center, spare parts, & customers directly to diagnose issues.
Approximately 90% local regional travel within assigned region (Monday – Friday) in addition possible 10% North American travel. Some weekend work will be required.
TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems with equipment, orders replacement parts, completes repairs and/or replaces components on machines and/or robots.
- Ability to work with new and evolving technologies.
- Conduct testing and inspection on equipment as required.
- Completes work orders, and written reports on a regular basis.
- Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering, sales and service functions.
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information.
- Good computer skills and operation knowledge of Windows based applications
- MUST be able to speak both French and English
- Strong problem resolution skills with a proven ability to think outside of the box.

- Strong electrical background and mechanically inclined.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently, interact effectively and professionally with customers.
- Flexible to travel to Canada.
- Performs other special projects as required or as assigned by a Manager / Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-year Technical Associates degree/diploma
- Experience with injection molding equipment including assembly, testing, service and engineering.
- Familiarity with Husky equipment and/or Husky products, including machines, molds, robots and other product handling equipment would be an asset.
- Knowledge of blueprints and schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Communication and interpersonal skills and strong customer service
