Après une période de formation initiale, vous serez responsable du dépannage, de la réparation, de la mise en place, de l'installation de l'optimisation, du démarrage et de la maintenance préventive de nos systèmes de moulage par injection chez nos clients. Idéalement situé près de l'axe Paris - Lyon, vous opérerez depuis votre bureau à domicile avec un soutien administratif général de notre assistant régional. Vous serez sous la responsabilité du coordinateur français, opérant également en télétravail. Ce poste est un poste d'entrée qui offre de grands défis et a un impact direct sur le résultat final de l'entreprise et les opportunités de croissance. Le poste nécessitera de fréquents déplacements en France (jusqu'à 100% de déplacements) avec des voyages occasionnels dans les pays environnants.
Responsabilités:
- Voyager régulièrement chez nos clients, principalement situés en France, vous serez responsable de la résolution des problèmes, de l'installation ou de la mise à
- niveau de tous les produits Husky.
- Vous serez responsable de l'exécution et du suivi de vos visites clients, de la création de rapports de travail, de leur partage avec le client et le représentant de Husky.
- Offrir des conseils ou diriger des formations pour promouvoir les produits et services de Husky.
- Etre autonome, comprendre l'importance de la satisfaction du client et être un ambassadeur de nos valeurs fondamentales.
Qualifications:
- Diplôme de technicien ou d'ingénieur avec une expérience générale dans les systèmes de contrôle, et/ou une expérience équivalente en hydraulique, électricité ou mécanique.
- Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes et concentration sur les bonnes pratiques de travail
- Connaissance des commandes PLC et des systèmes industriels automatisés.
- Votre esprit d'initiative, votre esprit d'équipe et vos capacités de gestion du temps vous permettent de gérer des priorités multiples de manière opportune et proactive.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Une certaine expérience dans le domaine du service sur le terrain et du moulage par injection serait considérée comme un atout.

Job Description
After an initial training period, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, set-up, optimization installation, start-up and preventive maintenance of our injection molding systems at our customers' sites. Ideally located near the Paris - Lyon axis, you will operate from your home office with general administrative support from our regional assistant. You will report to the Service Team Leader, also working from home. This is an entry-level position that offers great challenges and has a direct impact on the company's bottom line and growth opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly dynamic organization, combining your technology orientation and people skills to support our global customer base.
The position will require frequent travel within France (up to 100% travel) with occasional travel to surrounding countries.
Responsibilities:
- Traveling regularly to our customers, mainly located in France, you will be responsible for problem solving, installing or upgrading of all Husky products.
- You will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of your customer visits, creating work reports, sharing them with the customer and the Husky representative.
- Provide advice or conduct training to promote Husky products and services.
- Be a self-starter, understand the importance of customer satisfaction and be an ambassador of our core values.
Qualifications:
- Technician or engineer degree with general experience in control systems, and/or equivalent experience in hydraulics, electricity or mechanics.
- Problem-solving skills and focus on good work practices
- Knowledge of PLC controls and automated industrial systems.
- Your initiative, team spirit and time management skills enable you to manage multiple priorities in a timely and proactive manner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Some experience in field service and injection molding would be considered an asset.
