Provide engineering support and design execution while delivering high quality, high performance, reliable and cost effective design on time.

 

Technical / Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 

  • Intermediate to advance level of 3D modeling and detailing techniques ( TC and UG NX preferred).
  • Skilled in calculating design parameters. Sheet Metal design for Electrical Enclosures.
  • Understanding of GD&T principles and standards
  • Basic knowledge of modern AC/DC power supply topologies, components, and regulations.
  • Skilled in applying industry generic or Husky specific codes and standards (UL 508 A, EN)
  • Design to a specification with a basic concept predefined at solutioning stage.
  • Manages own time for maximum productivity
  • Illustrates attention to detail when completing tasks
  • Communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
  • Problem solving and creativity skills
  • Knowledge of Husky products, tools, standards, processes, and technology
  • Baan 4 knowledge

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of design execution experience in mechanical/electrical engineering.  
  • Electrical Enclosure design is an asset.
