Job Purpose
The key role of this job is to develop the regional sales strategy, plan sales volume and manage key account strategy.
Key Relationships
- Direct Reports: Sales Account Managers
- Other Key Relationships:Brand owners/ customers, Finance, Manufacturing/Operations, Logistics, Credit teams
Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
- Day to day follow-up with account managers and be responsible for identified Key Accounts
- Developing long-term marketing strategy to identify profitability opportunities (target key accounts)
- Responsible for his team budget, forecast, target and CRM management
- Mentor sales managers: regular reviews, support with value selling, share of ideas to win business
- Contribute and review complex applications (selling and solutioning)
- Identify new product initiatives based on market evolution
- Prepare and present seminars and business updates.
- Prepare and present on regular basis region strategy, actual results and plan assurance growing path
- Develop long-term marketing growth strategy
- Plan strategies to achieve sales volumes with pricing target
- Meeting customers regularly, voice of Husky (products, values, …)

Requirements
- EDUCATION: Degree in Engineering, mechanical plastics, mechanical plastics or similar
- QUALIFICATIONS (beyond education) any qualification related to tooling / processes / packaging
- EXPERIENCE: minimum 10 years within similar industry/marketing development field
Working Conditions
- Up to 50% travel, working around the clock
