The Technical Trainers are the subject matter experts who train customers on newly purchased Husky products.  Trainers are fully proficient in the operation and maintenance of Husky machines and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Teach four (4) day courses at customer locations
  • Required travel approximately thirty (30) weeks per year
  • Represent Husky to help customers to resolve issues that may be present when the trainer arrives on-site.  This may involve coordinating communication between Service Managers, Area Managers, the Call Center, Parts Distribution and the customer
  • Work with Husky Engineering to gain competence on new developments
  • Maintain the equipment in the Husky Training Lab
  • Learn to teach all of Husky's training courses
  • Develop new training material

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Trainer experience (certification preferred)
  • Electrical and/or mechanical machine maintenance experience (skilled trade certification or maintenance lead experience preferred)
  • Expertise with the injection molding process
  • Software expertise - Acrobat, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently is an asset
  • Post-Secondary education or skilled trade certification required
  • Experience on the manufacturing floor of 5+ years OR previous Technical Training experience of 3+ years.
  • Must have the right to work in the United States (citizenship or green card)
