Key Responsibilities:
- Use strategic negotiation and sales strategies with customers to retain and grow accounts by presenting strategic solutions to customers
- Identify / acquire new accounts. Prospecting / explore new markets & segments
- Discover customer needs. Structure and present technical and commercial solutions
- Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction. Facilitate issue resolution
- Act as an advocate for customers, conveying their customer-specific needs to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources
- Identify and provide input for market trends and articulate the customer's needs perspective for product & service improvement purposes
- Collaborates and actively communicates with Operations, Development & Engineering and Global Supply teams to identify strategic solutions for complex issues
- Enhance / build Husky reputation
- Prospecting, Discovery, Opportunity Identification, Solutioning, Proposal, Closing

- Actively manage your market and provide consistent and clear communication

Education & Qualifications:
- At least five years of work experience, ideally in the plastics injection molding industry
- Sound understanding of injection molding, products and market
- Strong business acumen, including competency in both Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Solid Project Management skills
- Marketing and financial background
Related Experience:
- Customer service / sales experience
- In-depth experience of injection molding, hot runners, controllers
Working Conditions / Physical Demands:
- Travel required, approximately 50%
- Working within a Manufacturing / Production environment
- Home office when not on road visiting customers
- Ability to drive for long distances
- Fly on long flights
- Carry heavy equipment
- Wear PPE when required
- Any work-related stress situations that may be faced in the job, e.g. exposure to factors inherent in the work processes and/or environment such as deadlines/time pressure faced disruption to work-flow, temperature extremes, noisy environments and emotionally-charged situations
- Sensory attention requirements, e.g., the degree of focused visual and auditory concentration necessary, can also produce fatigue and are covered below.
