Description
Your role will consist of supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Team interacting with internal business analysts and business stakeholders, mainly in two areas:
Assist in documenting business and IT processes and our internal eco-systems of applications.
This will imply to accomplish:
- The mapping of business processes
- The mapping of internal IT processes
- Documentation of the different eco-system applications Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production, including the detailed configurations for each application / integration
Responsibilities:
- Work together with internal Business Analysts and Stakeholders to create and update business process maps
- Collaborate internally within the different I.T. teams to catalogue the different eco-systems related to ERP systems and integrations.
- Help to establish the Configuration Management of the ERP integrations in the different eco-systems as stated above.
Qualifications:
- University or College studies in Business Administration or IT.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written, as well as interpersonal skills as you will need to liase with different stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Visio).
- Competent use of English (C1/C2), any additional language skills will be considered as beneficial.
- Knowledge of business process management methodologies would be considered
